Recognize Your Satisfaction Cues
Food is meant to be enjoyed, but sometimes a craving can cause you to eat too much.
For today’s challenge: When you’re not hungry (ideally between meals), pick a favorite food. It can be sweet or salty.
Without any distractions, sit down and ask yourself the following questions as you eat:
Did the taste of the food change after the first bite?Were you satisfied after the first few bites of food, or did you desire more?
Did you enjoy the first bite more than the second or third?
Jot down your answers.
